Shipping Policy
(Effective July 2025)
Order Processing
Paid orders transmit instantly to the supplier holding your item.
Suppliers ship within 3-12 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
You’ll receive an automatic e‑mail from TrendSavvy with carrier + tracking as soon as the supplier prints the label.
Split Shipments
Because items may ship from different warehouses, your order can arrive in multiple packages on different days. Every package will have its own tracking link.
Customs & Duties (International)
Import duties, VAT, or brokerage fees are not included unless specifically prepaid at checkout. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
Address Accuracy
Orders ship to the exact address you enter. We cannot reroute packages once a supplier has created the label; reshipping due to an incorrect address is at the buyer’s expense.
Delays & Force Majeure
Modalyst suppliers ship via major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). Carrier or customs delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or peak‑season congestion are outside our control. We’ll keep you informed but cannot refund shipping for such delays.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows no movement for 7 days (U.S.) or 14 days (international), or your item arrives damaged, e‑mail support@tradelle.net or contact
540-268-3461 within 7 days. We will open a claim with the supplier/carrier and, once confirmed, send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Cancellations & Changes
Contact us within 1 hour of placing an order to request edits or cancellation. After a supplier starts fulfillment, the order can no longer be changed.
